Online Review and Feedback

Teleconsultation, report review and your feedback

Not every question needs a trip to the clinic. You can send your eye reports for review, book a video or phone teleconsultation for follow-up advice, and tell us how we did. For new symptoms, injuries or sudden vision changes, an examination in person is always needed.

Online report review and teleconsultation

  • Suitable for: second opinions on reports, scan results, follow-up of stable conditions, planning surgery for patients travelling from other cities or abroad, and questions about medicines.
  • Not suitable for: new loss of vision, eye injuries, chemical splash, severe pain or red eye; please attend in person or go to the nearest eye hospital.
  • Send clear photos or PDFs of your reports, prescriptions and scans on WhatsApp, with your name, age and the question you want answered.
  • Teleconsultations follow India's Telemedicine Practice Guidelines; some advice may require an in-person examination first.

Patients from abroad

See international patients for a free review of your reports and cost estimates before you travel.

Your feedback

  • Compliments, suggestions and concerns help us improve. Message us on WhatsApp or email [email protected].
  • If you are unhappy with any part of your care, tell us. We aim to acknowledge concerns within 2 working days and respond fully within 7 days.
  • If you were happy, a Google review helps other patients find us.

Your rights as a patient

  • To be treated with respect and dignity, and to have your privacy and records kept confidential.
  • To receive clear information about your condition, treatment options, risks and costs, and to give or refuse consent.
  • To ask for a copy of your reports and a second opinion.
