How cashless treatment works

With a cashless facility, your insurer or TPA settles the eligible treatment cost directly with us, rather than you paying in full and claiming reimbursement afterward. This is always subject to your specific policy's terms, sum insured, and pre-authorisation approval — not every procedure or policy automatically qualifies, so it's genuinely worth confirming your specific coverage with us before treatment.

What to bring for a cashless claim

Generally, you'll need your insurance card or policy number, a valid photo ID, and any prior medical records relevant to your treatment. Our team will guide you through the specific pre-authorisation paperwork your insurer or TPA requires.
